I firmly believe that as entrepreneurs we have the hardest job in the world.

For some, entrepreneurship comes naturally and easily. But for the rest of us, it can be a constant battle. And it’s a battle that we’re determined to win.

If you are experiencing sharp lower left abdominal pain, it’s understandable that you feel really uncomfortable. I have felt this exact pain several times. Luckily for me, it turned out to be nothing serious.

However, if you are experiencing abdominal pain of any kind, I highly recommend that you call or consult with a doctor right away.

I felt compelled to share my experience with you because I tried to figure out what my pain was on my own before calling my doctor and that wasn't a good idea. I should have called her sooner than later.

A superset is when you perform two exercises immediately after one another. These exercises should be working opposing muscles. For example, if you preform a triceps exercise, then you should do a biceps exercise immediately after your triceps exercise.

However, you can alternative between other areas of your body as long as their done immediately after one another. If you preform a shoulder press and then immediately do a squat, than that’s is ok to.

It’s not ideal because you should always focus on opposing or antagonistic muscles.
